Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rubinite.wiki (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is an unofficial fan-created wiki and strategy guide for Rubinite, a game developed by Cup Dog Games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cup Dog Games, GameWorks Ventures, or Valve Corporation except as fair-use commentary and reference.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use of the Site.

Content Accuracy and Intellectual Property

Wiki articles, guides, tools, and calculators are provided for informational purposes. Game mechanics, release dates, boss stats, and item data may change via patches or differ from final retail builds. The official Steam store page and in-game text supersede wiki content when they conflict. We strive for accuracy around Rubinite's July 22, 2026 launch but cannot guarantee completeness.

Rubinite, character names, logos, and related assets are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners. Our use is non-commercial fan reference under applicable fair use or fair dealing doctrines. Do not scrape the Site to republish substantial portions as if official. Screenshots and trademarks belong to rights holders.

Permitted Use and Prohibitions

You may browse, link to, and personally use Site content for playing Rubinite. You may not use automated systems to bulk download the Site, attempt unauthorized access to servers, inject malware, interfere with other users, or misrepresent fan content as official Cup Dog Games communication.

Interactive tools including the Focus calculator and demo checklist run client-side where possible. Manipulating local tool data affects only your browser and is your responsibility.

We may remove or refuse content that violates law, harasses individuals, or contains false official statements impersonating Cup Dog Games. Fan theory is welcome in discussion spaces when labeled as unverified; wiki main articles prioritize confirmed mechanics.

Trademarks: Rubinite and Cup Dog Games names belong to their owners. rubinite.wiki domain is fan-operated and must not impersonate official support channels for refunds, account issues, or bug reports — those belong to Steam and the developer.

Violation of these Terms may result in blocked access at our discretion where technically feasible, though the static wiki rarely requires enforcement beyond standard CDN abuse protection.
